Why we use reviews & how to use them in the right way?

We believe in the power of online customer reviews, for that reason we allow users to contribute reviews to share their experiences about places and services with others.

We’ve put together these guidelines to help you, business owners and people who will read your review to get the best results:
We want to hear about your experience. Do NOT post hearsay, only experiences that you have undergone personally, not those that were reported to you, or have heard from others.
Make sure your review is factually correct. Feel free to air your opinions, but don’t exaggerate or misrepresent your experience. We don’t take sides when it comes to factual disputes, so we expect you to stand behind your review.
Be as detailed as possible. General reviews of “this shop/service is not good” are useless and will not be approved.
Your comment can be seen by people from many countries with different languages and different cultures, so put in your mind that your comment must be in English, and should be written with simple words and don’t use any abbreviations.
Review updates should reflect a new experience or interaction with the business. Don’t tell the same old story you’ve already told. If you’d like to add new insight to an old experience, just edit your review instead of creating a new update.
Don’t swipe content from other sites or users. Please write your own reviews based on your personal experience.
Beyond simply asking for a refund to remedy a bad experience, you should not use removing or posting your review as a way to extract payment from a business, regardless of whether you’ve been a customer.
When you post a review, it doesn’t appear direct, but it’s pending to be approved by our website admins to make sure it doesn’t contain any spam content and follow our rules.
Your review will be deleted in the following cases:
1. Inappropriate content, e.g.: threats, harassment, hate speech, foul language, irrelevant comments, discriminatory, political and religious comments, posting people’s private information or advertising.
2. If we found any spam or harmful content which can affect our website.
3. Reviews without rating score (5/5, 4/5, 3/5 …etc)
4. Review which is not will matching with rating score, e.g.: you are happy with your experience with shop or service, you are saying good things about them, but you are giving them very low rating score.
5. General negative reviews without mention the reasons that make you unhappy.
All reviews, rates and opinions posted in My Local Offers reflect the members' opinions and personal experiences without any responsibility or legal liability on the website admins. The website admins do not support or endorse any specific point of view.
